Today, Adili Group is delighted to announce another milestone in its journey. Shital Shah has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Adili Group (Adili). The appointment of Shital as the CEO is a testament to our commitment to building a cross-cultural and multidisciplinary team to cater to our clients’ needs. Shital takes up her new role with effect from 1 January 2023.

Shital is currently the Chief Operating Officer of ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna and its affiliates, including Adili. ALN Kenya is a member of ALN, an integrated alliance of the preeminent full-service corporate law firms in 15 African countries and the UAE. Adili works closely in collaboration with ALN to provide clients with seamless corporate and legal services. She has been instrumental in driving the implementation of strategy, management, and operations of ALN Kenya and Adili in four countries – Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and the UAE. Shital played a significant role in building ALN Kenya’s management team, setting up Adili’s corporate secretarial and administration business and its regional expansion. She is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with 25 years of experience in business strategy and management, financial planning and forecasts, group restructuring, tax optimisation and planning, and risk management.

The appointment of Shital as CEO is a transformative change to the leadership and governance model of Adili. She will be driving the long-term strategy and vision of Adili as a provider of innovative solutions while leveraging its distinctive offering to the market. She will also lead the Adili team in embodying its values.
