Maureen is a Senior Manager at Adili Corporate Services Kenya LLP. She has vast experience in cross-border corporate set-up, company restructure, immigration and ongoing statutory compliance with a portfolio composition of local and multinational entities in various economic sectors.
Maureen has a wide range of experience in managing boards, board committees and annual general meetings, as well as in corporate governance matters including, but not limited to, advising boards on corporate governance practices, carrying out board inductions and evaluations, formulating board charters, board committees’ terms of reference and carrying out statutory health checks for companies.
Maureen is a practising member of the Law Society of Kenya, an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Commissioner for Oaths. She is also a practising member of the Institute of Public Secretaries of Kenya.
