Jeff Mark Gichuki is a Manager at Adili Corporate Services Kenya LLP. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has over six years’ experience in company secretarial, shares registration and corporate trustee services to both public and private entities in Kenya. He has previously worked in the company secretarial division of Livingstone Associates, an Associate Firm of Deloitte East Africa.
Jeff has a wide range of experience in the management of boards, board committees and annual general meetings for both listed and non-listed companies, as well as in corporate governance matters including but not limited to, advising boards on corporate governance practices, carrying out board inductions and evaluations, formulating board charters, board committees’ terms of reference and carrying out statutory health checks for companies.
Jeff also has extensive experience in general and legal administration of various incentive schemes such as ESOPs on behalf of the company’s board of directors.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and a post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is pursuing membership with the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries Kenya.
