Mark is a Manager at Adili Corporate Services Tanzania.
He is a seasoned legal practitioner with over seven years of experience and expertise in all aspects of setting up legal entities, winding up, immigration services, contract approvals post post-incorporation compliance, including company secretarial services and other corporate processes such as share capital restructuring, licensing and obtaining of regulatory approvals. As a corporate legal practitioner, Mark works closely with government agencies and regulatory authorities, where he acts as a liaison between clients and the institutions in legal matters and compliance. He is a frequent contributor to the Doing Business in Tanzania project organised by the World Bank.
Mark is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, a practising member of the Tanganyika Law Society, Zanzibar Law Society and East Africa Law Society. He holds a Master of Laws Degree, majoring in economic laws and a Bachelor of Laws Degree.
