Angeline is a manager at Adili Corporate Services Kenya LLP with over seven years’ experience in company secretarial work. She has vast experience in supporting multi-sectoral boards, advising them on corporate governance and related matters, supporting them in running their board and annual general meetings and advising clients on ongoing compliance matters.
Angeline has lent her expertise to major industry players, including multi-national companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, local start-ups and franchises on company law and related matters. She has advised on company share restructures, including but not limited to alterations to share capital, conversions, debt capitalisation, preference shares, registration and de-registration of companies, conversion of private companies to public companies and vice versa, taxpayer registration and winding down/deregistration of companies.
Angeline is a certified secretary and an accredited governance auditor. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (HR) degree from the University of Nairobi.
