Nikita Bernardi is the Director of Crisis PR within our Adili Risk Advisory services.
Nikita brings extensive experience in strategic communications, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement. Throughout her career, she has led numerous high-impact communications initiatives, expertly managing critical campaigns for corporations, governments, NGOs, and individuals, with a focus on Africa, the Gulf, and the Middle East.
Nikita has been pivotal in navigating complex crises, building reputational resilience, and fostering stakeholder engagement across diverse environments. Her work has garnered recognition from various leading international media and has resulted in effective crisis solutions that seamlessly integrate media strategy with legal and business objectives.
At Adili Group, Nikita will collaborate with our client delivery teams to enhance our Crisis Management solutions. She will ensure that Crisis PR is embedded into our existing offerings, covering key aspects such as media relations, reputation management, and stakeholder alignment. Her deep expertise in crisis dynamics will empower our clients to mitigate risks, protect their brand value, and communicate effectively during critical situations.
Nikita holds an undergraduate degree in Chinese and Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and a Master’s degree in African Studies from Yale University, where her thesis was awarded High Honors.
