Angela regularly advises clients on corporate governance, statutory and regulatory compliance, corporate structuring and company law and practice. She also oversees the security trustee and escrow service offering and provides professional legal support on immigration-related issues. Her vast experience spans the registration of companies and other entities, taxpayer and other statutory registrations, labour-related issues, tax compliance, legal document preparation, and the planning and administration of board and annual general meetings.
