Harveen’s expertise lies in the legal and commercial aspects of running commercial enterprises, rehabilitation, restructuring, management and organisational development, valuation, financial due diligence, independent business reviews, forensic and litigation support, outsourcing, company secretarial, administration of client companies and trusts, and project management. He is highly regarded for his experience in financial advisory services related to reorganisation/insolvency and corporate finance.
