Shital is the Chief Executive Officer of Adili Group. She was formerly the Chief Operating Officer of ALN Kenya and its affiliates, including Adili group, where she led the implementation of strategy, management, and operations in four countries – Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Dubai.
Shital has also played a major role in building up the management team for ALN Kenya to include HR, Administration & Operations, Business Development, Knowledge Management, Finance and IT and was also involved in setting up the Adili group’s corporate secretarial and administration services. She is also part of the Senior Management team for ALN and assists the ALN board in implementing it’s strategy and managing day-to-day operational matters.
Shital is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with over 25 years of experience in business strategy and management, financial planning and forecasts, group restructuring, tax optimisation and planning, and risk management.
