Responsibilities of the Role
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to support business data needs.
- Automate data processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze and visualize data using Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure for data storage, processing, and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through robust validation processes.
- Document processes and workflows to support team collaboration and future projects.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
- Proficiency in ETL processes and tools.
- Experience automating pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, or similar.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong SQL skills for querying and managing relational databases.
- Knowledge of Pyspark is a plus.
- Understanding of data warehousing and modeling concepts.
