Ivy is a Manager at Adili Corporate Services Kenya LLP. She has a wide range of experience in the provision of company secretarial services which include board, committee, trustee and annual general meetings, cross-border corporate setup, company restructuring, ongoing statutory compliance, as well as in corporate governance matters including but not limited, to advising boards on best corporate governance practices, conducting governance and secretarial audits, carrying out board inductions and evaluations, formulation of policies and board charters, board committees’ terms of reference and execution of statutory health checks for companies.
She also has vast experience in the provision of immigration services and with a portfolio composed of both local and multinational entities in various economic sectors.
Ivy is a Certified Secretary, Governance Auditor and member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya
