Lynn is a Manager at Adili Risk Advisory Services. She has considerable experience in both the public and corporate sector, advising clients on enterprise risk management, internal control environment, internal audit, compliance, monitoring and evaluation, due diligence, value for money, grant management, financial crime, and fraud risk management.
Within the non-profit sector, Lynn has worked with donor organisations, direct funding recipients and downstream partners across Eastern Africa. She takes a risk-and improvement-focused approach to her advisory work so that non-profits can prevent, detect, investigate, and respond to risk and serious incidents to maximise impact for all stakeholders and realize real value for resources.
Lynn has received considerable training via the CHS Alliance, on the prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH), with a key focus on SEAH end-to-end risk management, conducting investigations, establishing a victim- and survivor-centred safeguarding framework, and cultivating a healthy and conducive working environment.
Additionally, Lynn has been involved in advising clients on the design and implementation of the safeguarding framework and has also conducted several investigations on safeguarding violations cutting across both the public and private sectors. She has facilitated training on safeguarding.
