Company Secretaries Conference
Adili Group’s Uganda team, represented by Winfred Karungi and Nakibuule Mariam, attended the 13th Annual Directors and Company Secretaries Conference. The full-day conference is hosted by The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (ICSA Uganda-East African Region) in collaboration with KPMG Uganda.
The theme for this year is “Corporate Governance: The Catalyst for Organizational Resilience.” The conference tackled various topics, including corporate governance in uncertain times, the role of boards in green investments for sustainability, and the importance of a robust enterprise risk management system.
